2. Products and Descriptions
We sell natural dog food products, including frozen and dry goods. Product descriptions, weights, ingredients, and images are provided as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected misuse.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made at checkout. We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal (if enabled). Your payment information is processed securely.
5. Delivery
Delivery options and timeframes are shown at checkout. Please note:
- Frozen goods are shipped using premium courier services with appropriate insulation.
- You must be available to receive frozen deliveries on the first attempt. We cannot refund or replace goods spoiled due to missed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect address details.
6. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns on frozen products due to their perishable nature unless the goods are:
- Faulty
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect or not as described
Non-frozen items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. See our separate Returns & Refund Policy for details.
7. Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel eligible orders within 14 days of delivery. Perishable items (such as frozen goods) are exempt. You must notify us in writing to exercise your right to cancel.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to such processing and confirm that all data provided is accurate.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of The Pawsome Pet treat company Ltd. or its licensors. Use without permission is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
